Still image workflow

Requirements & Main Steps In Static Image Workflow

Based on our architectural understanding, we are able to analyze the project to suggest our Client the best method(s) out of it. Let’s take a look at our workflow in static image production, as we think it is helpful for your need.

Please scroll down for more, thank you!

Step 01

File Inputs Requirements

The client must provide full information about the project, so we can analyze it to create our scope of work and process the quotation. Information required as below:

3D models

Design proposal

Camera angles

Rendered images from Client’s design team

Timeline from Client

Step 01

3D Models

We need 3D models in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit from the Client to scale the scope of 3D modeling. Every project needs to be optimized to process further.

Step 01

Design Proposal

We need a design proposal for the project in order to build an art direction, including ideas for rendered tones and moods.

Step 01

Camera Angles

Client needs to propose their favorite camera angles for the project Our job is to analyze and recommend them the best angles based on the art direction.

Step 02 – Exploration

Preparing the First Revision

In this step, we will process to the modeling stage, with lighting and materials in detail.

There are 2 stages of revision in our workflow – Final Draft and Final. Exploration stage is to help Client understand our work progress, and simultaneously experience all 3D models or camera angles visually within the project area to make any further changes in design.

Step 02

Lighting & Materials in Detail

At this stage, we set up all lighting & material based on their designs so they will be included in the 3D walkthrough environment. Therefore, Client is able to see their designs of the building visually, and decide to make any further changes easily.

Step 03 – Draft

First Revision

We work on detailed modeling, lighting and materials based on the markings from Client for the pre-draft.

Client will be able to understand the quality of rendered images and confirm for the final revision through the drafts.

Step 04 – Pre-final

Second Revision

We keep working on those details related to modeling, lighting and material in accordance with markings from Client for the draft.

Client is able to understand the quality of rendered images and confirm as the final revision.

Step 05 – Final

Final Products

We keep working on those details related to modeling, lighting and material in accordance with markings from Client for the pre-final. During this process, we will provide the final version of all static images without any further adjustment.

Client is able to use the products for their promotion – sales purposes once the final version is released. We will provide additional support sources for post-production of printing and 2D graphics.
